I'm posting to let you know that the book 'PRONUNCIATION PARCTICE ACTIVITIES' by Martin Hewings (it includes the section 'what is pronunciation?') is available at englishtips.org and that after downloading it, you can choose any page you like and print it.The audio for the activities is also available there!!
